Central location, good beds, fine breakfast at a reasonable price

Compact and a nice size units with free tea. Perfect setting, adjacent to Close to " T " stop, the shops and restaurants, and many restaurants.

No amenities.

Super location, very central, shopping centre and supermarket in the direct neighbourhood.

Interior and bathroom a little outdated. But everything functional and clean

Great location. Very clean. Very nice staff. Small complementary breakfast. Very narrow beds... Room very pleasantly spacious.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, public transport was nearby.

A coffee machine/tea maker in the room was missing.

I stayed in Room 201. In the evening, I could smell food cooking and on Fri. and Sat. nights felt the bass from music playing (probably the bar below). Also, the knob covering bedside light fell off, and toilet paper and shower on/off handles were loose.

The room decor felt outdated, and I noticed a faint smell that was off-putting at first. Some minor maintenance issues, like a noisy shower light and a refrigerator that wasn't level, detracted from the overall experience.

Nice and absolutely charming place, I appreciated to be here.

It was a nice enough area near a metro station.

Lacks minibar/fridge in the room and it's a bit pricey for what it offers.

Rooms were extrememly comfortable and nicely decorated. Small touches - newspaper, water bottles, toiletries, free internet / wifi, drinks hour add to the positive experience. the Copley square hotel is very conveniently located to the underground/metro service, tourist attractions, shopping centre and restaurants. Hotel staff were polite and efficient.

That there was no in room refrigerator although one (as well as microwave) could be ordered.

The staff is great-very helpful with directions or anything you need. The location is perfect-very close to t stations as well as the Prudential. The decor is very nice with room darkening drapes, tv, desk, ipod dock, available ice, room service/snacks and anything you may need.

The bathroom was small, but manageable.

The staff were helpful and friendly . Enjoying a glass of wine in the evening after a day of exploring was nice. The location made it easy to get around and see the main sights.

The breakfast setup was awkward with little table space. Some nearby restaurants and shops were expensive.

the rooms were nice and clean. the staff was excellent. Location very good.

Rooms were ridiculiously small, I could hear all the music/noise from the night club in my room and the ac unit was to loud when turning on and off. Because of the noise from the night club i will not stay at the copley again.
